The 45 minute class is a mix of resistance training, core and body weight exercises all at low intensity.

30 minute high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

Perfect for those with little time on their hands!

LBT

A workout targeting legs, bums and tums!

You’ll definitely feel the burn with this one. A mixture between body weight and resistance exercises all targeting those ’stubborn’ areas!

Metapwr

30 minute power circuit class including functional kit and exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism.

Extreme circuits

High intensity circuit style class. Including body weight and resistance exercises such as rope slam, tyre flip and sled pull.

Be sure to get your heart rate high whilst still having fun! Just 50 minutes long, be sure not to miss one of our favourite classes!

Mixed circuits

A Bphysical special, combination of resistance and body weight exercises in a circuit format.

In-between each station there is a body weight cardio move. A very popular 60 minute fat burning class!
