BODY CONDITIONING & EXTREME CIRCUITS

Wanting a full body workout that includes weights and body weight exercises? This is your class! High intensity circuit style class. Including body weight and resistance exercises such as battle ropes, sled push/pull & free weight exercises. Be sure to get your heart rate high whilst still having fun! Just 50 minutes long, don’t miss one of our favourite classes!

HIITSTEP

An innovative 30-minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB.

HIITCIRCUIT

Is a NEW and innovative 30-minute HIIT exercise class using bodyweight, varying equipment, and a STEP. It has been developed using the expertise and experience from those that have competed for and worked with Team GB.

METAPWR

30-minute, high intensity, power circuit class including functional kit & bodyweight exercises to work muscle and boost metabolism.

METAFIT

30-minute high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Perfect for those with little time on their hands!

MIXED CIRCUITS

A Bphysical special & a favourite of all our class-goers. This is a combination of resistance and body weight exercises in a circuit format. In-between each resistance exercise station there is a body weight cardio move. A very popular 50-minute fat burning class!

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

You’ll definitely feel the burn with this one. A mixture between body weight and resistance exercises all targeting those ’stubborn’ areas!
