  • 9:30am – Body Conditioning (45 mins)
  • 6:00pm – Extreme Circuits (50 mins)

Tuesday

  • 6:15am – Express Extreme
  • 6:00pm – HIIT STEP (30 mins)

Wednesday

  • 6:15am – Express Grid Circuits (30 mins)
  • 6.00pm – Grid Circuits (45 mins)

Thursday

  • 6:15am –  MetaPWR (30 mins)
  • 6:00pm – HIIT Circuit (30 mins)

Friday

  • 6:15am – HIITstep (30 mins)
  • 9:30am – Legs, Bums & Tums (30 mins)

Saturday

  • 9.30am – HIIT Circuit (30 mins)

Sunday

  • 9:30am – Grid Circuits (45 mins)
