  • 6:15am – 6:45am – Metafit
  • 5:45pm – 6:15pm – HIIT STEP (Booking required )
  • 6.30pm – 7.30pm – Strong by Zumba

Wednesday

  • 6:15am – 6:45am – HIIT STEP
  • 6.00pm – 7.00pm – Bphysical Circuits
