When should I have personal training?

There is no wrong time to start personal training with us. It’s a great way to start your journey if you’re new to fitness training or the gym, we’ll help guide you through exercises and training techniques which are safe and effective for your goals.

Similarly, if you’ve been training for some time and would like to dig a little deeper into your potential, learning new techniques and pushing that little bit harder then we’ll be there to do exactly that.

Our personal trainers have many years of experience between them so are well equipped, no matter what your training history is!

How often should I have personal training?

This is entirely dependent on your goals, required level of support and budget! We have clients who will have 1-to-1 personal training sessions 2-3 times per week, whilst others will have check in sessions much less frequently, perhaps once a month. We are more than happy to discuss your situation and advise accordingly.

Can I pick my Personal Trainer?

Of course! Our personal trainers have a variety of skills, experience and expertise in different areas such as body composition, endurance sports, strength & power sports, injury rehabilitation. We also have both male and female personal trainers.
